Below you'll find the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions. 

Please go to the locations page and fill out your request. Once you've filled in all fields we show you the best option(s) and you can select your preference. Follow the next steps and your request will be sent to our bookings team. It is as easy as that! Check-in is preferably during our opening hours. If you arrive outside these opening hours please let us know so we can assist you with the right information regarding your check-in. Guaranteed check-in and check-out hours vary per partner. If you require an early or late check-in please let us know. We will try our best to help and provide you with up-to-date information about the possibilities. Just let us know and we will do our best to arrange a pleasant and on-point check-in!

When making the booking, the best price for you is shown, depending on your wishes. The prices do not include VAT and, when applicable, tourist tax.

Payment must be done prior to arrival. We accept payment by iDEAL, bank transfer or by credit card.

We provide you with everything you need except for your suitcase filled with personal items. The apartments are fully furnished and our kitchens are fully equipped; ready for your stay! Included in the rate: all utilities (gas/water/electricity), wifi internet, (digital) television, weekly cleaning, weekly linen change, laundry facilities (either in the building or a personal washing machine and/or dryer in the apartment) and both use of the Health club and security (at applicable properties).

We do provide parking at most of our apartment buildings (depending on location), but they should be requested prior to arrival and are based upon availability. Please let us know if you need a parking space and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Pets are allowed in most of the apartments (may vary per partner). Please let us know if you want to bring your pet so that we can send the pet policy for you to sign.

In some apartments, we can place an extra bed. When needed, please let us know. We will provide you with all the details about this service. If you stay with us with your baby, we can place a baby bed and a high chair. The baby beds are used for kids up till about 2 years old.
